What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Quantum Computing architectures.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of future-ready data.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists, ML engineers, and full-stack developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference latency and improve model efficiency for next-gen hardware environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leaders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Cloud Native: Proven experience building and managing large-scale systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Future-Proofing: Strong understanding of hardware-software co-design and optimization for edge computing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
