Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify emerging tech trends (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, Web3) through market research and academic partnerships
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with engineering teams
- Build strategic alliances with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech advisory role
- Proven track record in identifying and scaling disruptive innovations
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Strong executive presence with C-suite/board presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
