- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal hackathons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products at technology frontier (AI/ML, blockchain, biotech)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of Gartner Hype Cycle and disruption theory
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (papers, patents, keynotes)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
