As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research partners, and global startups to build a technology roadmap that anticipates market shifts and creates competitive advantages. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype, test, and scale breakthrough solutions while maintaining alignment with our mission to democratize access to transformative technologies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify strategic opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Lead proof-of-concept projects for disruptive innovations with cross-functional teams
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present strategic recommendations to the executive board with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior strategists and foster an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong network within global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
