Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with ROI projections
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Drive adoption of innovation frameworks across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and implementing future-forward solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
- MBA or advanced degree in technology, engineering, or business strategy preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies a plus
