Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month horizon
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess market viability for commercial adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and measure ROI on futuristic initiatives
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Executive presence with excellent presentation and storytelling capabilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Certification in emerging tech or strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner)
