Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI architectures that anticipate the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical vision for our flagship AI products, translating high-level business goals into concrete engineering strategies.
- Drive Innovation: Spearhead research into cutting-edge methodologies, including Large Language Model (LLM) optimization and edge computing integration.
- Mentor & Inspire: Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Ensure Ethical Standards: Oversee the implementation of responsible AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in our models.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions in rapidly evolving environments.
