Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and validate future product concepts
- Analyze competitive landscapes and patent landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present technology insights and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Build and manage relationships with startups, research institutions, and technology consortia
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI analysis
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Strong strategic planning and business acumen with track record of successful innovation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience in fast-paced tech environment with ability to manage ambiguity
