Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, sustainable tech) and adoption frameworks
- Proven track record of executing technology transformation initiatives >$50M
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and technology forecasting
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Horizon Scanning) preferred
