Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with corporate vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-backed insights
- Manage technology partnerships and vendor relationships for emerging tech adoption
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting tech innovation
- Establish KPIs to track strategy execution and ROI of future tech initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term (5+ year) tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Track record of successfully launching innovative products or services
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
