Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI/ML systems, quantum computing infrastructure, and sustainable tech solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies through agile methodologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders including venture partners
- Establish innovation KPIs and track technology adoption curves across global markets
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies in quantum and AI domains
- Mentor junior strategists and build external partnerships with research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing algorithms and AI ethics frameworks
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Strong network with leading research labs (MIT Media Lab, CERN, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in technology innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CSTM)
