Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market disruption potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget and pilot programs for next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech ecosystems and competitive intelligence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align vision with execution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience building and leading high-impact technical teams
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
