Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology adoption roadmap, aligning with global sustainability goals
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-AI, neuromorphic computing)
- Architect governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Partner with product teams to commercialize future-ready solutions
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and G20 technology summits
- Manage $50M+ R&D portfolio for breakthrough tech incubation
- Author industry-defining white papers on tech evolution
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale companies
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Expertise in AI ethics, blockchain governance, and sustainable tech design
- Deep network within DARPA, IEEE, and global tech policy circles
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for international stakeholder engagement
