Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, Web4.0)
- Architect strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology providers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with measurable ROI
- Drive innovation culture through internal tech scouting and trend dissemination
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Proven success in launching technology transformation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience developing long-term tech roadmaps with C-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Certification in emerging technologies or innovation management preferred
