Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, neurotech, climate tech solutions)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Ensure all innovations comply with evolving ethical and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on product development
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
