Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing disruptive prototypes with 18-month commercialization targets
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members securing $50M+ R&D budgets
- Drive innovation sprints resulting in minimum 3 patentable innovations annually
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven impact on 3+ major industry transformations
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Track record of launching technologies achieving $100M+ ARR within 5 years
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing and managing $25M+ R&D budgets
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++)
- Validated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
