Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future technologies or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record implementing AI/quantum solutions in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon scanning)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing frameworks
- Certified in TOGAF and Agile methodologies
