Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into customer solutions
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation lab budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Certification in emerging technologies or strategic foresight (e.g., CTO Academy, Singularity University)
- Experience building and leading cross-functional tech innovation teams
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech principles
