Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience managing global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Published author in Nature/Science with >50 citations in quantum/AI ethics
- Deep expertise in regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies (US/EU/Asia)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio of successfully launched products with >$100M revenue impact
