Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate future technology concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech innovation roles
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience working with C-suite executives and presenting to boards
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies highly valued
