Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, bioinformatics) to develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing next-gen solutions with 3-year commercialization plans
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation adoption
- Create predictive market models to assess technology viability and ROI for enterprise clients
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products with 3+ year lifecycle planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in forecasting tools and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex tech concepts to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
