Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology ecosystems (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation across 15+ business units
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders via compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and innovation velocity
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech disruption
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 7+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to market
- Deep expertise in emerging technology frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex tech concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Published research or patents in high-impact tech journals
