Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and immersive AR/VR ecosystems
- Lead strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and Fortune 100 R&D divisions
- Drive innovation sprints focused on carbon-negative blockchain and neural network optimization
- Present technology forecasts to the board and secure $50M+ in R&D funding
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and futurists in emerging tech domains
- Author white papers on metaverse interoperability standards and post-quantum cryptography
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ technology foresight
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neuromorphic computing
- Track record of scaling tech innovations from prototype to global deployment
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for international collaboration
