Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging tech adoption and ethical deployment
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary innovation in next-gen computing
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board on tech evolution trajectories
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience with blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in ethical AI development and deployment
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFIA) preferred
