As a key member of our R&D leadership team, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and UN sustainability experts to develop actionable frameworks for responsible tech deployment. Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, and decentralized networks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, ethics, and commercialization teams
- Establish KPIs for measuring societal impact of emerging technologies
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Author whitepapers on tech ethics and sustainability integration
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget for prototyping and pilot programs
- Represent Nexus at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit, etc.)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurism preferred
- Published research on quantum computing or AI governance
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and ESG compliance frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive technology launches
