Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead innovation sprints for AI/quantum/IoT integration in consumer and enterprise sectors
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Develop competitive analysis frameworks for emerging tech landscapes
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling business cases
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching billion-dollar tech initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Python/Go and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Portfolio of at least three disruptive tech launches
