Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven 10+ year horizon planning experience
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and carbon-negative tech ecosystems
- Executive presence with history of securing $50M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature on emerging tech ethics
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Track record of launching 3+ category-defining technologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
