Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and Web4 paradigms
- Lead R&D initiatives for sustainable tech solutions with <15% energy consumption
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 3 global innovation hubs
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing startups and AI research labs
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for decentralized autonomous systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging technologies through monthly workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing algorithms and AI model optimization
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech applications
- Proven track record scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) required
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Fluency in Web3 development frameworks and decentralized protocols
