Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, advanced AI) into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices to achieve carbon neutrality goals
- Mentor a team of technologists and researchers in futuristic methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to secure multi-million R&D budgets and manage complex projects
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Strong ethical compass with deep understanding of technology governance frameworks
