Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across product lines
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate future-facing solutions with R&D and engineering teams
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage a portfolio of future-focused pilot projects and proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in strategic planning (e.g., CSM, TOGAF) or technology forecasting preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic technology initiatives and outcomes
