Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
