- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the executive board and board of directors
- Establish partnerships with leading research institutions, startups, and technology incubators
- Develop patent strategies and intellectual property portfolios for future-facing innovations
- Oversee pilot programs for experimental technologies with measurable ROI projections
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, TED-style talks) positioning our company as a 2026 technology pioneer
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced robotics)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M and leading cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals
