- Design and implement proof-of-concepts for futuristic applications (e.g., neural interfaces, autonomous swarm robotics)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year commercial viability
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused methodologies
- Secure patents and publish research in leading industry journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in emerging technology development or strategic innovation
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or bio-integration
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or solutions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess technological convergence opportunities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or patents in relevant technology fields
- Experience with agile development in experimental environments
