Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing/AI/Neuroscience with 8+ years
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in federated learning and decentralized AI systems
- Security clearance for DoD/NASA tech initiatives preferred
- Fluency in Rust, Python, and quantum programming languages
