Responsibilities

- Drive innovation in human augmentation and neuro-interfaces
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite and industry partners
- Secure $2M+ in R&D grants for breakthrough projects
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging tech methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in R&D with proven track record in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or AI safety
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals or equivalent
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method)
- Strong background in ethical AI development and deployment
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures
- Exceptional presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
