Responsibilities
- Design and prototype emerging technology solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives integrating AI, quantum, and biotech systems

- Collaborate with academic institutions and industry partners on frontier research
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Secure intellectual property for novel innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in emerging technologies with proven impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams
- Strong background in systems architecture and scalability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to navigate ambiguity
