Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-functional R&D sprints to prototype next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify breakthrough technologies with 5+ year impact
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring human-centric design principles
- Present strategic innovation blueprints to C-suite and investor stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with proven track record in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, generative AI, or decentralized systems
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience leading teams through technology paradigm shifts (e.g., cloud migration, AI adoption)
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on future technologies
