Our Austin campus features a 50,000 sq ft innovation lab with quantum simulators and neuromorphic computing infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant blockchain frameworks for enterprise-grade applications
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, ethicists, and futurists
- Create patentable innovations in biometric authentication and neural interfaces
- Produce technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in systems architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics
- Published research in Nature/Science journals (post-2020)
- Certified in quantum computing (IBM/Qiskit or Microsoft/Azure Quantum)
- Proven track record scaling tech from concept to IPO
- Expertise in ISO 27001 and NIST 2.0 compliance frameworks
