Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping neuro-interfaces and biometric integrations
- Design resilient infrastructure for decentralized metaverse ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning for exponential technologies (nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Establish governance protocols for AGI safety and alignment
- Translate scientific breakthroughs into scalable commercial applications
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years in architecting large-scale distributed systems
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Deep understanding of AGI safety protocols and alignment techniques
- Proven track record of leading $50M+ R&D initiatives
- Experience with ISO 42001 AI management systems
- Fluency in at least three programming paradigms (quantum, bio, classical)
