Responsibilities
- Design scalable architectures for quantum-integrated systems and autonomous AI frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives in post-quantum cryptography and neural-symbolic AI integration
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including AGI and decentralized governance
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford research labs on 2026 technology roadmaps
- Translate theoretical breakthroughs into patentable commercial applications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural-symbolic AI, and blockchain architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Proven track record of deploying breakthrough technologies at scale
- Certifications in quantum computing (IBM Qiskit, Microsoft Quantum) and AI ethics
