- Certifications in AWS/GCP/Azure with emphasis on next-gen services
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience
- Experience with regulatory compliance in emerging tech (GDPR, CCPA, quantum security standards)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 industry-disrupting technology implementations
