Responsibilities

- Certification in Futurism or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with cross-continental tech deployment and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in modeling tools (MATLAB, Simulink) and predictive analytics
- Demonstrated success in securing $10M+ tech innovation budgets
- PhD in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
