Qualifications
- 10+ years in architecture or advanced R&D leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)

- Strong background in systems architecture and scalability principles
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in Agile/DevOps and cloud-native architectures
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
