Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Strategy, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Synthetic Biology.
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype and validate future technologies for immediate integration.
- Conduct market analysis to anticipate shifts in the global tech landscape and advise leadership on strategic pivots.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems capable of handling next-gen data volumes and processing requirements.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups to stay ahead of the curve on breakthrough innovations.
- Mentor a team of engineers and strategists, fostering a culture of forward-thinking and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, systems architecture, or a similar executive technical role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Edge Computing, and Next-Gen Robotics.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations and strategic roadmaps.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends with high accuracy.
- Strong leadership presence and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
