Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to outline the technological milestones and product features for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Lead Emerging Tech Integration: Identify and evaluate nascent technologies (e.g., Generative AI, AR/VR, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our architecture.
- Foster Innovation Culture: Spearhead internal hackathons and research initiatives to keep the engineering team at the forefront of industry trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to non-technical executive leadership to secure budget and resources.
- Risk Management: Assess potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and software development lifecycles.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams of 50+ engineers and product managers.
- Future-Trends Analysis: Exceptional ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; Master’s degree preferred.
