Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to establish a long-term technology vision that aligns with business growth and market trends.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Blockchain) to determine their viability for enterprise implementation.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research initiatives and manage a dedicated innovation lab focused on future-forward solutions.
- Architecture Governance: Ensure all technology initiatives adhere to best practices in security, scalability, and system design.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus on technology investments.
- Team Mentorship: Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team capable of executing complex future-proof projects.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
- Visionary Mindset: Proven ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
