Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype future-proof systems and user experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in tech ecosystems
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry standards for 2026+ innovations
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation to breakthrough projects
- Mentor next-gen technologists through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, and neurotech convergence
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future systems
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse architectures, and decentralized governance
- Exceptional stakeholder management across 15+ global innovation hubs
