Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum-resistant cryptography and neuro-interfacing
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present strategic briefings to board members and government innovation councils
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven KPIs
- Coordinate with international standards bodies on next-gen protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record in scaling enterprise-level innovation initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or Web3 infrastructure
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in future technologies (2018-2023)
- Experience with policy advocacy for technological advancement
- Strong network with global research institutions (MIT, CERN, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for international partnerships
