- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused KPIs
- Partner with academic institutions and startups for cutting-edge R&D integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market launch
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (preferred)
