Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI/quantum/sustainability solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and evaluate strategic partnerships for competitive advantage
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track adoption of nascent technologies
- Mentor R&D teams in foresight methodologies and ethical tech implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven 2020+ tech adoption track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFCS, CFTe)
- Experience scaling innovative solutions from concept to market leadership
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published futurism research
